Beyond individual projects

Practice

Workshops, enablement, mentoring, and professional exchange around applied AI, data, enterprise systems, and implementation readiness.

Workshops and enablement

Workshops are used to move from abstract AI interest to concrete use cases. The focus is on understanding systems and processes, assessing data and feasibility, identifying value potential, and defining realistic next steps toward prototypes or implementation.

Internal workshops

Sessions aimed at improving day-to-day productivity and helping teams apply AI to recurring or manual tasks. This includes identifying opportunities for internal tools, add-ons, process improvements, and new product ideas.

External workshops

Customer-facing workshops focused on existing systems and business processes. The goal is to identify optimization potential and design AI solutions with measurable impact, realistic feasibility, and clear implementation responsibility.

Use-case framing

Clarifying the problem, expected value, affected process, users, constraints, and success criteria.

Stakeholder translation

Connecting management goals, IT requirements, domain knowledge, development effort, compliance, and project execution.

Capability building

Supporting teams through mentoring, supervision, feedback, and structured exchange around practical AI work.

SAP Business AI and enterprise enablement

Experience with SAP Business AI topics is treated as part of broader enterprise AI implementation work: identifying realistic use cases, understanding system boundaries, connecting AI capabilities with business processes, and preparing organizations for responsible adoption.
