Workshops and enablement

Workshops are used as a practical tool to turn ideas/issues into testable AI use cases. They focus on understanding existing systems and processes, assessing data and feasibility, and defining concrete next steps toward prototypes or implementation.

Internal workshops

Sessions aimed at increasing day to day productivity and enabling teams to apply AI to recurring or manual tasks. This often includes identifying opportunities for internal tools, add ons, or new product ideas, as well as reducing friction in existing workflows.

External workshops

Customer facing workshops that dive deeper into existing systems and business processes. The focus is on identifying optimization potential and designing AI solutions with measurable impact, where success is evaluated based on use case specific metrics and expected return on investment.

Events and conferences

Ongoing participation in selected AI, data, and enterprise technology events, primarily to exchange practical experience and stay close to emerging patterns in applied systems.
